Chris is a keen world traveller. He has explored Europe, South Africa, North, South & Central America and Australasia; and has lived in places diverse as Zimbabwe, Australia and Nicaragua.

Chris’s Top Five Travel Moments:

1.Living in a tree house (Tarzan-style!) in a jungle in Northern Laos

2.Playing guitar on an idyllic beach as the sunset in Fiji

3.Listening to a temple bell chime at dawn in Kyoto, Japan

4.Watching a baby elephant drink from a river in Mana Pools Reserve, Zimbabwe

5.Skydiving over a volcano in New Zealand

During his travels, Chris volunteered for Raleigh International, a charity that provides adventurous and challenging expeditions for people from all backgrounds, nationalities and ages, especially young people. As a project manager, he worked on environmental and community projects in Zimbabwe and Nicaragua. This is where he met his wife! Visit www.raleigh.org.uk for a life changing adventure.

Aside from martial arts and travelling, Chris loves hiking, running and eating chocolate chip cookies baked by his wife, who is his raison d’etre.

Chris lives in a village on the South Downs with his wife and two cats.
